Sleep

My sleep was awesome! I slept at 8pm or so and woke up at 6.30am without an alarm! I was able to sleep so early because of the previous night when I had very little sleep(2 hours to be precise).

Nutrition

7.30am – 1scoop Whey,Casein,2tbs peanut butter,7g fish oil.2DP

12.45pm – 2 chicken chops,Vegetables,2DP

7.00pm – 1scoop Whey Protein(Post-Workout)

8.45pm – 3 omega 3 eggs,200g baked beans,7g fish oil,2DP
